I currently offer both Reconnective Healing® sessions and The Reconnection®.
Appointments are available on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays.
Reconnective Healing Sessions
Reconnective Healing® sessions typically last 30-45 minutes, and I recommend starting with 3 sessions at weekly intervals.
Distance sessions are available by request.
Investment (per session): In person sessions – $144
Distance sessions – $89
The Reconnection®
The Reconnection® is always facilitated in two sessions, ideally on consecutive days.
It’s recommended to have at least one (ideally 3) Reconnective Healing session prior to your personal Reconnection.

What to Expect During Your Session
Each client experiences something different from each session.
Here is some information though that can help you better prepare for your sessions to get the most out of them:
Clothing:
Wear comfortable clothes, appropriate for the season. Keep in mind that you will be resting face-up (shoes off) on a padded table during sessions.
Scents:
Avoid perfume and the use of scented soaps, hair and/or skin care before your sessions. Sessions should be as fragrance-free as possible.
Jewelry:
All jewelry is fine, as long as it is comfortable to wear during sessions.
State of Mind:
During the session, you will be asked to lie down on a massage table, close your eyes and “let go”. It is best to be in a state of expectancy during the session and to allow whatever is supposed to happen. During these sessions it is not necessary and in fact not recommended that you meditate, pray or attach to any specific outcome. Be receptive to the experience, knowing that you are participating in a positive and exciting process brought to you from God/Love/Universe (choose one), and intended to give you exactly what you may need at this time.
